In 2008, four Vietnamese sisters — Anh, Kelly, Jenny & Julie — opened their first Bambū Shoppe in the heart of San Jose's Vietnamese community. Their mission: share the love and tradition of authentic Vietnamese Chè with the world.
Their exceptional service and wide menu of fresh, healthy, authentic drinks quickly captured the hearts of the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Word spread fast.
Today, Bambū is the original and only Vietnamese-Chè dessert drink chain — with over 60 Shoppes across 24 U.S. states, Canada, and the Philippines. Every cup still carries the same love that started it all in San Jose.
